Belle De Bleu

The dress is a blue sleeveless dress with princess seams going down the whole thing.  the main part of the dress stops just below the crotch line and then there are a few inches of pleats below. The lining under the dress is white and stops with the main part of the dress. The neckline is a square neckline and right below the neckline there is a large white bow sewn into it, and the ribbon part of the dress drapes down to the bottom of the dress.
