Summer Cloud

The top is a cropped white lace blouse. It ties in the front with two ties near the bust line. It has a square sweetheart neckline. The main part of the top is double layered and the bottom hem is a ruffled hem that is see through with the eyelet fabric. The sleeves are high to low bell sleeves with the high part starting around the elbow on the inside of the sleeve and the low ending a few inches below the fingers on the outward part of the sleeve.The skirt is a white tiered skirt that goes down to the mid calf. The waistband is a drawstring waistband and it has two large hidden pockets.
